We will create detailed site selection specifications to include: meeting space requirements, audio/visual needs, internet connectivity needs, catering requirements, and guest room blocks. As part of the site selection process, we provide our clients with a summary of the options, to include pros and cons of each facility. We also provide our professional recommendation as to which facilities will work best for your program.
We work with our clients to determine which option(s) they prefer and negotiate on their behalf to ensure they find the optimal facility for their meeting. We will then negotiate a contract to that best meets the needs of the group while minimizing your financial risk.
