On-Site Implementation

CMP’s staff has extensive on-site experience and we make sure that everything runs smoothly and according to schedule. By providing strong leadership and extraordinary customer service at your meeting, “we sweat the details” which allows you to focus on the meeting.

Our on-site services include the coordination of: registration check-in, meeting room set-ups, meal functions and breaks, audio/visual requirements, internet connectivity, transcription and/or translation services, trade show management, volunteer management, excursions, and any other services necessary to make the meeting a success.

One of our biggest contributions to your meeting is that registration runs smoothly and the check-in process is a positive experience for your attendees. Guests rarely have to wait even a couple of minutes to check-in. We are also prepared to accept walk-in registrations, process payments, and generate name badges on-site.

Throughout the course of a conference, we receive a variety of requests from the participants. Our registration desk also serves as a message station, lost-and-found, travel assistance center, and overall problem resolution center. We do our best to assist every guest and make them feel welcome and appreciated.

While on-site, our staff manages all facility logistics and makes sure that all meeting and event rooms are set according to our specifications. We also test audio/visual equipment, create pre-sets for lighting, and monitor room temperatures. We will be the first to arrive and the last to leave. We pride ourselves on taking care of all on-site logistics so you can focus on the content of your meeting and have time to interact with the participants.
